Features:

  • Forced air system allows cold air to flow all around the food pan area which covers not only underneath the pan, but also front, top and rear,
  • Cutting board is 240mm deep and 12mm thick provides plenty of working space and new side rail cutting board makes it easy to secure and remove the board,
  • Hot gas condensate system helps to resist corrosion. it will not only increase the efficiency without refrigerant leakage, but also prevent overflow of water,
  • CFC free R-134A used for refrigerator and evaporators and condensors for exceptional efficiency and quick cooling,
  • Adjustable, Heavy duty , Polyethelene coated wire shelves,
  • Stainless steel exterior and interior with AL inside walls and door liners. The sharp corners and edges have been rounded to minimize the risk of injury,
  • The entire Cabinet and doors are formed-in-place using high-density CFC free polyurethane insulation,
  • Ergonomically designed doors with easy grip handles,
  • Self-closing doors,
  • Forced-air refrigeration system maintains constant temperature of the cabinet,
  • Evaporator fan and stainless steel louver allow uniform circulation of cold air throught the unit including the food pans which fulfills NSF standard.
