A solid-door GN2/1 upright freezer designed to store frozen food in restaurants, clubs, pubs, catered venues, and cafes. It is engineered to safely store frozen food from -18°C to -22°C (or adjustable via a smart-phone app from -12°C to -26°C) in ambient environments of up to 40°C. The body is made from 304 stainless steel covering 80mm thick polyurethane insulation. The solid swing door features a full-height, formed door handle for easy opening and cleaning. The doors are fitted with built-in key locks, are self-closing, and have a stay-open position at over 90 °. Inside the freezer, there are LED lights, 10 GN2/1 stainless steel wire shelves with removable shelf brackets, and coved corners for easy cleaning. The modular monoblock freezer cartridge uses R290 natural refrigerant for low energy consumption, low heat discharge, and low noise output, and it can be easily removed in line with best practice for the safe servicing of natural refrigerants. The freezer includes a controller that connects to a free app to enable the user to set temperatures and alerts, monitor temperatures and energy, and more. The freezer is certified to all Australian and New Zealand refrigeration and electrical safety standards.
