The Artisan M1713 Bakers Buddy Freezer is the bakers choice in commercial refrigeration solutions. The Artisan M1713 comes with automatic demisting of all doors and fascias, self closing doors with open "dwell" for loading, electronic digital temperature display and control as standard. It has an easy plug in power supply, 45 pairs of tray slides, internal draining and 6 swivel castors (3 locking) to enable easy positioning and movement for cleaning. Artisan have been operating in Australia for over 40 years and have specifically designed their fridges and freezers to meet specific Australian conditions.
