Williams MAR1-HC Hydrocarbon Meat Ageing 1 Glass Door Fridge maintained humidity is 60% to 90% ideal for meat aging conditions. MAR1-HC also has Himalayan salt blocks that takes care of the moisture.
For WA, NT & TAS a extra charge of $250.00 plus GST will be added to the base cost of delivery and will be required to be paid before shipment.
